Carpet Cleaning
Firstly we will visit your home or business and conduct a FREE No Obligation Survey. We identify carpet type, condition etc and then measure areas using a laser measuring device. Clear costs are then written onto a quotation sheet for the customers consideration. If you accept the quotation that will be the final cost.
We then arrange a suitable time and date to carry out the work. On arrival we place our equipment onto site whilst ensuring that the owners premises is respected at all times. We then carry out power vacuuming using powerful industrial vacuums, to remove the dry soil and particle matter from the item.
We are able to offer our clients two main methods of carpet cleaning. Firstly the Texatherm System, that achieves high standards of cleaning and dries rapidly, by attracting the soil from the carpet by a low moisture heat transfer Or attraction. This is defined as an “Exothermic Reaction” Cleaning.
A high percentage of Commercial grade carpeting is of low pile, or “nap”. By conventional wet cleaning, this is very hard to dry quickly because the lack of air flow by extraction methods means more moisture remain s in the carpeting, thus the carpets remain wetter for far longer.
Secondly Spray Extraction, where the method involves Spraying a water / cleaning solution into the carpet and extracting away the dislodged soiling using high vacuums created. By the machines powerful motors.
